MEET THE GAL
Thanks for stopping by and considering me to be your photographer! A little bit about me, I am married to my best friend, Levi. We have two dogs, a black lab (Sophie) and a golden retriever (Sadie). We bought our house in Kansas City in July 2022. I have been doing photography since 2017. I am also a nurse in the Kansas City area. I love traveling and exploring. Let's talk about your adventure!

How did I get into photography?
I started taking photos in 2017 as a hobby. My husband bought me my first camera and I started taking photos of family and friends. I soon realized that this was a passion of mine and I wanted to take it to the next level by starting my own business.
what's your dream location?
I love photographing everywhere! Beach, desert, mountains or anywhere you wanna go!
What's your fav animal?
My favorite animal is of course dogs, but I do also think penguins are so stinking cute. They are my favorite animal to see at the zoo.

I found Shannon basically out of luck when searching online for a wedding photographer! What I didn't know back then was that I found not only an amazing photographer, but someone I now call a friend. She is so personable and makes you very comfortable when capturing intimate moments! My husband and I recommend her to all of our engaged friends and we will definitely be calling her for maternity shoots, and family shoots when we have kids in the future!

Absolutely nobody better. After every session with Shannon, I literally cannot pick a favorite because ALL of her photos are phenomenal. She does an amazing job making everyone feel comfortable and gets the best shots.

Shannon is absolutely amazing to work with. I was so stressed out when it came to a photographer because the field is overwhelming, but after our initial zoom call, I knew I didn't have to look any further. She made our engagement photos seamless and helped my husband not feel like it was a chore to go take photos. On our wedding day she went with the punches and stayed till our sparkler exit. She felt more like a friend tagging along on everything than someone we hired for the day. She's so sweet and really takes time to get to know you and wants you to get the best photos. She had a sneak peak to us so quickly! I know who will be taking any photos we need going forward.
